Debra, a writer and self-professed spiritual explorer, has devotedly and dynamically ventured into the studies of meditation, nutrition, metaphysics, visualization, mysticism, religious meaning and interspirituality, scientific and spiritual dimensions of Consciousness, subtle energies, the study of frequencies, sensuality, and cosmology. She has studied in various schools and colleges of learning, and holds a certificate in Pastoral Studies. Debra utilizes her experience in Spiritual Direction to empower her inspirational writings and audio broadcasts. Being a mother of six children and a grandmother to three, her humor and wit is appealing and down-to-earth. Her books, newspaper features, weekly column, photography and podcasts appeal to the heart of people from all walks of life. From my heart "I have been spiritually ‘sensitive’ my whole life. I have studied with gifted teachers, contemplated, looked at our being from all aspects and angles, studied the earth and skies, science and physics, texts of spiritual instruction and beliefs, took risks, experimented, and smiled and played with it all. In this way I have never grown up, nor do I intend to. My discoveries continue to inspire my child-like curiosities, and pure Love for it all.
